My favourite salon ever!! Came in for a colour correction service last summer with Cassidy and have never left. Greatly improved my trust with getting my hair done and I will never leave. If you’re looking for a fantastic stylist and person, Cassidy is your girl!!!!
Our experience in this salon was very disappointing. Sadly the hair stylist didn’t even know how to properly straighten hair. I would give it a negative star if I could. Around 3 weeks ago my mom came to this salon for a blow dry and straightening. I mentioned before booking that she has wavy/curly hair. After finishing and getting home I saw that her roots were not straightened. The stylist only straightened the roots at the top so it wouldn’t be visible at the time. When I called the salon 10 minutes after her appointment finished and told them they mentioned the manager would call back. It’s been 3 weeks and still no call back. This has shown how bad their customer service was. I would not recommend this salon.
I love going to this salon, it has a great service and Ashley does a good job on my hair. She is so kind and friendly . Ashley always fulfills my expectations on colouring my hair. The staff are very friendly and I highly recommend it. Thanks for the providing a great service! I will always come back!
My son wanted to go to a real salon to get his hair cut. We chose Fame. Ben was his stylist. He treated my son like an adult, very professional and respectful. Very, very pleased with the service. Thank you for making the experience memorable for him. I am absolutely so happy with Ashley. This is my first time with Ashley. She is very attentive, great hairstylist. She made me feel so comfortable. I got a lot cut and I wasn’t nervous with her at all. I am a anxious person and she made me feel welcome ☺️
had an appoint for 4:00 didn't get it until 4:30. i went for a cut wash and style. he stared off by washing my hair, terrible job he was very rough. usually when i go get my hair wash its very relaxing. when he was blowdrying my hair he was very aggrieve and kept pulling it. hair cut was ok. then he stared blow drying my hair and didn't ask if i wanted it straighten or curled walked out with a blowout very unhappy.
