Sacha was attentive, professional and, most importantly, very knowledgeable. Coupled with his patience while vetting numerous mattress options, he clearly demonstrated a desire to ensure the “best fit” for our needs. And if that wasn’t enough, his attention to after-sales service was just as comprehensive. Bottom line, when it comes to addressing any bedding needs you may have, I wholeheartedly recommend Sacha for the ultimate in client experience and satisfaction!
Excellent friendly service. It was really useful to be able to access our entire purchase history over many years in multiple locations in order to determine our needs. We appreciated the information about warranty as well.
Zero stars would be too good. Sleep Country’s Pickering store has stolen almost $1600 from me.their sales staff and franchises are scammers. I ordered $5463.54 of merchandise with the understanding that it could be delivered funky son in London for university. At no time did the salesperson tell me that they did not have the items in stock. She basically told me getting it delivered by the date requested would not be an issue. The sales staff finally contacted me after a phone call to the store and told me that she would confirm the delivery date with me (because for some easin she still couldn’t). I told her I wanted an email update with all of the information regarding my order and the fact that I had told her to cancel it but that she is working on a delivery date and a ‘discount (she had to check with her manager). She never sent one. Again, no communication I tried to contact her multiple times because she didn’t get back to he. II spoke with another salesperson who said they couldn’t help me and would leave her a note. Nothing. I called again and asked for the manager and then she suddenly called me back. told her I wanted the entire order cancelled. She told me she would work on the delivery date and take $1000 off of the total. I told her I needed the delivery date before deciding. I also asked her once again to email me all of this information. She didn’t. No update. I had to contact the store multiple times to get an answer yet again. When she finally communicated with me it was once again to tell me that she didn’t have a firm delivery date anywhere where I needed it. Then she finally mentioned that the order needs to come from Quebec and she didn’t know when it would be available. I said to cancel the order and that I wanted a refund in the entire amount. She said she could do it over the phone with my credit cad. I gave her it. And my email yet again asking her to email me confirmation of my cancelled order and the amount to be refunded. NOTHING. I don’t see a refund. I went into the store yet again and was promised by another staff member that I would be refunded but they have a new system ‘Clover’ which means they can’t get me my refund directly that they have to go through this system. I was promised that I would be emailed about this - I never was. I have called the store almost a dozen times and been in 3 times and finally got a refund a month later EXCEPT IT IS NOT THE CORRECT AMOUNT. They owe me $1600!!!!!!!! This is fraud. They are con artists. I will be contacting Customer Protection Ontario, my bank and take them to small claims court if necessary. Do yourself a favour and do NOT buy anything from Sleep Country.
We recently purchased a twin king recliner bed and spent considerable time researching our options from multible sources. We considered quality of product, services included, price, and the professionalism of the retailer. After considerable work, we chose to purchase from Sleep Country in Stouffville. The primary reason for the decision was the professionalism of Sasha, who spent significant time and patience with us determining the best our options, in a price point that suited our budget. The crew shecduled the delivery of the bed quickly. They were on time and installed everything efficiently and cleanly. They wore protective covers on their outdoor shoes and placed the old mattress and box spring on a lower level at our request.They removed all the packaging. Sasha kept us apprised of all matters regarding the purchase during the process. I would recommend Sasha and Sleep Country as a definite stop if you are in the market for a new bed or mattress. I also suggest that, if possible, choose to visit at a quiet time as this type of research needs more than a few minutes. We have been using the bed for a week now and are very happy with our purchase.
