This spot has the most amazing staff, everytime I come in they make me feel so welcome, everyone always has a great attitude. They’re also very hardworking, always making a huge effort to get drinks out in a timely manner. Love the peach tea, 100% recommend
tried the coffee milk tea during their $4 promo with no ice and 30% sugar. drink flavour was still very watery. i highly suggest a hong kong cafe for this drink. this was a significant in watered down version for around the same money
Really enjoy their bubble tea! Always order my favourite kind - Brown Sugar. It is the favourite for me of any place. Staff have always been really nice. This is our preferred location for any time we want a bubble tea.
I waited 30 minutes for two milk teas and a waffle, and I’m not pleased with the experience. The drinks lacked flavour, and the waffle was cold after sitting in the kitchen for so long.
I prefer this place to Palgong. Tastes better. Great service. Edit: Ordered via Uber eats. They didn't include any straws. All I got was drinks. How do you expect me to drink this with tapioca inside the drink!? Uber driver took an hour too long and ice had melted, drink watered down. Ridiculous
We ordered 4 drinks at 3:33 pm and they didn’t start making it until 11mins later!! No other customers were inside nor were they working on making other drinks at the time. There was another staff in the back and 3 other customers who randomly walked in after we’ve placed our orders. I don’t know why they decided to wait to start making our order after taking everyone’s order. Oh and the customer who came in after us got their drink first. I’ve been to so many bubble tea shops and this is the first time seeing this type of customer service. It is now 3:52 and still waiting. Won’t be coming back to this location!!!!
My sister and I had come here and ordered their smoothies. They greeted us as we entered and were walking us through the menu. Excellent staff very welcoming. The drinks were made fast and perfectly. Highly recommend coming again!
