I had a Dell laptop that would not boot up and get stuck in an updating loop. Joseph and his team were able to diagnose and remedy the issue within days. After fixing the corrupted operating system the laptop is working well again, saving me from having to get a new laptop. Very professional to deal with and would use his services again.
