High rate of turnover with the doctors here and hard to get appointments. My last doctor left and when I asked to be switched to a female doctor they refused and said they can't transfer patients between doctors within the clinic. I either went with the replacement doctor or leave. They also charged me $50 per person to transfer my family files to USB.
My Doctor is great, but I can't even book an appointment anymore. The phone lines don't work, the email doesn't work. I've been trying to call for several weeks and all I keep getting is a "the number is not recognized". Do I need to find a new Doctor? Have you closed operations?
My doctor is fantastic, but the front desk staff is utterly disappointing, especially the lady who guides patients - her blatant lack of enthusiasm and interest is appalling, making it clear she'd rather be anywhere else.

Dr. Ryan Chen is the most carefully medical practitioner I had. Unlike other family doctor I had, he cares his patients. Other ones I met either ask you to do a number of medical procedure, or ask you to buy their medical product. I had one medical doctor left immediately after signup with them, and did a number of useless medical procedures.
I've seen many doctors at the clinic and always had a positive experience. Much better than some I have been to previously where I have to wait hours in the waiting room past my appointment time.
They called to reschedule my appointment 2 days before when I had booked it months in advance and booked off work for it. They then said they couldn’t reschedule the appointment for another 2 months. I have had nothing but problems with this clinic. The first doctor I had was a female doctor who left without notice and they put me with a male doctor when I specifically said I had to have a female doctor. I met with the male doctor one time and had a horrible experience. I asked for them to transfer my records to beacon hill because they were the only clinic taking new patients and they refused. I guess I’ll be using a walk in from now on? What a joke.
