There is an old lady working there was wearing pink hoodie was so rude when I took my kid so I just ask her a simple question that my son need a new hair style to explain her nd guide her but she replied me so angry nd rude. That was my first nd last visit to this this barber shop
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Today I found an absolute gem of a salon! Extremely friendly atmosphere, highly professional service, and a hairdresser who truly pays attention to every single detail. Mr. Tejesh is hands down one of the best I’ve come across — in the last 6 years I’ve never experienced someone who works with such care and precision down to the very last strand. His skill, dedication, and professionalism are simply unmatched. Highly recommended to anyone looking for top-quality service!
I’ve taken my son here for a perm three times. While we liked the final look, the experience has been frustrating. The second time, his scalp was burned, but I didn’t complain. Each time, we had to go back for a fix due to missed straight sections, which they always accommodated. For the third perm, I specifically asked for a ONE TIME visit and was promised a “better cream.” When we arrived, they convinced me to use the original product. A week later, there were no curls at all. When I called for a fix, they agreed but then rudely told me never to return. To top it off, a male stylist with colored hair raised the perm price on the spot after another staff member had quoted me lower. This was the same stylist who once kept my son’s change after a haircut, assuming it as a $15 tip (YES $15 tip) without asking. When I called, they told me to come pick it up, but it was clear he took advantage of the fact that my son was just a kid. Completely unprofessional. Would not recommend.
Steven was amazing! I'm use to going to Markham for all my hair cuts but Steven did a great job with shedding of what feels like 10lbs. Cut off 6 inches, layering, thinned out and shorter bangs - love it. Quick cut & style and a great price too!
OMG *** FAKE BARBER ALERT *** BE AWARE, STAY AWAY OR AVOID JOYCE AT ALL COSTS. Aside from the overall lack of care (or experience) in providing what has to be the worst haircut I have personally have ever had in my whole entire life, Joyce completely shaved a new hairline into the side of my head and did not even try to reconcile it. Not even an apology. No remorse, no accountability. It was such a bizarre and offensive experience to be told just to leave and not say anything more after she made my hair look like a crazy person just ran through it with a pair of kitchen shears. WITH ALL HONESTY THIS IS NO EMBELLISHMENT. It honestly looked like she did not know a single thing about cutting hair. The trim was not even, and there was no clean up nor line up. Perhaps the most offensive part was her overall bad attitude and then the lack of care in wielding and using her cutting instruments. Unbelievable --- and I'm just a random customer!!! What kind of Twilight Zone BS is this,? Even after her colleague agreed to step in and attempt to fix what she had done, she came back out and continued to mutter smug remarks in chinese. Never before in my life have I been given an intentionally bad haircut by a fake hairstylist and then get verbally insulted about it, right after. Bizarre AF. Be aware folks - if I were you, I'd take my money elsewhere and pay for real professionals. Faker barber alert. JOYCE IS A STRAIGHT UP NIGHTMARE. To the owner: Get rid of Joyce and I will reconcile this review.
Update: they did not fix anything and demanded we pay again! We sat there for hours all they did for me was dye my hair when last time it was a hair cut dye. They missed a spot on my dye this time as well. Steven claims he will fix any mistake as long as he did it which this time he made many mistakes and still charged. Completely avoid this place and ignore their lying response they wanted to fix this situation. Seriously avoid this place there is a way better spot on the other side of Stouffville near the old post office and they are same price but WAY better. There will be another updated review soon… Old: Over 2 years gone here for haircuts and getting hair dyed. Well over $480 dollars spent went in today and the guy screwed my style up completely and dyed my hair a different colour than being asked to do and still charged for it. Outrageous. Avoid this place. So angry. They don’t listen.
Stylist was helpful and very precise in cuts. Good first time at the store. Update: another cut, thank you! So fast and even did so without power in the building!
