The staff are always nice and friendly. The place is clean, and the food is fresh with healthy options. The teriyaki bowl is my favorite — it’s always delicious! I usually order from Uber Eats and pick it up myself, and it’s always ready on time. Sometimes they have great promotions, which are really good deals. I’ll definitely be going more often! Thanks
Imagine ordering food for your family, couple bowls and a sandwich. Then two other customers order a bowl each after. You see those two orders get filled and leave the building. One of the customers even commented on why we were not served. When we asked why and when our order would be ready, they said their order was smaller and wanted to serve them first. We have eaten here both dine in and mostly take out since it opened, never had such an awkward and poor experience
Top notch! This is by far my favourite restaurant. Love the people, love the food, love the vibe. I always leave feeling energized, fuelled and happy! Would recommend to anyone interested in a healthy option with delicious taste.
The girl who made our order was sooooo kind. I ordered on Tuesday evening, wasn’t very busy so the service was rapidly fast! I don’t know her name but she was young with light brown hair, sort of tall, I asked for no green onions and she accidentally sprinkled like 2 in there and offered to remake the whole bowl, honestly was not a big deal at all, bowl still tasted absolutely amazing!! I got the Buddha bowl with tofu and the tofu was so soft and amazing! My bf got the TexMex chicken bowl and he loved that too. Can’t recommend this place enough! The prices are a little high but it’s not the employees fault, freshii COULD make the bowls less, but I’ll still eat there regardless when I have the extra money!
I ordered through Uber eats and my salad order was completely wrong. I ordered $10 worth of add ons and received none of them. What I got was discolored cabbage, soggy wonton strips and dried out carrots. It was my first and last time ordering
This Freshii has some really great staff behind the counter!! They are very friendly and are quick to create really great meals. I'm glad Stouffville has a healthy fast food stop - it's about time!!
You've finally made it to Stouffville! I've been waiting for a place that offers clean vegan/ plant-based food! Thank you! This place offers quick and friendly service. The shop is clean and well lit. We ordered two Sriracha chili bowls to go. After trying this bowl, this will be our go to order. I've tried their other meals but this is the one. Please take it off the special menu and offer it as a regular item!
