3 stars for nice workers and good ice cream but when it ask to taste test something The worker yelled at me and wouldn’t let me taste any more ice cream I won’t be going there in a while I do not insist on going there I is a very rude store but the ice cream is ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
We love the flavors but our visit was such a disappointment. The icecream is semi - melted and I think it’s to make it easier for the staff to scoop. I see the same complaint from other reviews from a month ago. Definitely will not be coming back to this location for a long while.
Always a little dorty but this is 2nd time I came and ordered a shake. First time it was less then top of cup and again today 2nd time and it's still lower then top of cup paying over 10 dollars and they can't fill it up. Pretty disappointing and not coming back to this location again. Saw another client complain about their scoop was less then another basking location they must really be giving less to customers at this branch.
My family and I LOVE ice cream and there are a couple of flavours from Baskin-Robbins that rate among our favourites, so we have been regulars at the shop for years. Lately though, the ice cream is always soft (semi-melted) and the cones are stale and break before we can finish our ice cream. Such a disappointment. It will be a long while before we take the risk and go back to this location.
Baskin Robbins is never a let down unless if your server is ignorant or being stingy. Stouffville location gave me and my family great portion size and dealt with the kids indecisiveness perfectly! 2 words though. Peanut butter chocolate!
Amazing service and they make it so easy to order birthday cakes over the phone and make sure that you are happy with what you get! Their cakes taste and look absolutely great!
Absolutely angry with the service and staff at this location. Have never experienced this in my life. Walked in around 8:45 to pick up some ice cream. I was still deciding on flavours and I was going to order two fresh pack and one prepacked ice cream tubs. I ask one of the staff there to help me with my order and she said in a really mean voice “we are closed, we are only selling prepacked ice cream,our machine is down we can’t serve ice cream”. Then she said so now what do you want you need to hurry we are closing in 2 mins if you wanted ice-cream you should’ve came in 1 hour earlier,it was only 8:50 and they close at 9. Have never experienced this in my life ordering ice cream from Baskin Robbins!
