Straight Garbage….You guys have high potential to make this a great shawarma place in stouffville but you choose to cheap out on meat. Chicken shawarma plate cost me about $20 and had I more rice than I ever had….it’s 2025 I get it the price went up but where is the portion of the meat? If you don’t understand go buy a plate at Osmow's Shawarma.
This place is just incredible. The food is always great, the staff are always exceptionally friendly, and it's very good value (especially the daily specials).
The female staff in the counter is very rude. She thinks this is . I personally promoted their Samosas to many of my coworkers. They also disappointed about her attitude. If she behaves like this customers will not come again. It's loss for the owner.
Karan was amazing. I was at the store with my mom, aunt and sister. I advised karan that all the options that we see are spicy for my mom and aunt you are in their late 70's. Karan went over and above and prepared a paneer dish for them and they loved it. Me and my sister took the special of the day which was also great. I will be going there for lunch again today and taking some takeout biryani for dinner.
My wife and I were in the area and decided to try this place for lunch. We were welcomed by a young lady who was so kind as to tell us about each dish and gave us some recommendations. The food was delicious and their portions are huge ! The highlight was the briyani and butter chicken. We will be back to try more thanks for the great customer service to the young lady who served us.
Did takeout and service was relatively quick. Food was disgusting though. Not sure how this place got over 4 stars. Rice was wet and mushy. For the cost, portion was also baby sized. Was very disappointed and not worth the cost. Edit: tried them again half a year later. Better this time but there are better options out there. Bumped start up to 3.
We used to love coming here 3-4 times a month, as we enjoyed the loyalty program that allowed us to redeem a free wrap and upgrade to a bowl by paying the difference. Unfortunately, they've just removed this perk, taking away the incentive that made our regular visits feel special. It's disheartening to see our loyalty go unrewarded now, and we're left looking for a new go-to spot. Reply to the reply: Thanks for setting the record straight. I guess we were unintentionally living the loyalty program high life! We’ll miss our wrap-to-bowl magic trick, but, I suppose all good things must come to an end. It's been a tasty ride, but our foodie adventures must continue elsewhere.
