We’re very lucky to have this store in Stouffville. We’ve had friendly, knowledgable, professional and efficient service from the staff here every time. We’ve made some purchases, instrument rental and music lessons - very happy with all the services. Highly recommended even if you’re just browsing or considering to learn an instrument - rental prices are fair and reasonable.

This education center is incredibly unfair. I didn’t have any classes this whole month, but they refused to refund me. If a teacher cancels last minute, it’s allowed, but if a student is sick, no refund is given due to “no advance notice.” difficulty Communication with the teacher even you have her phone No. I’ve lost my money and time. I strongly advise against enrolling here!

Had a great experience purchasing my new DJ Mixer from this location. James did a great job taking care of me and this special order came very quickly even though it was not stocked item at the store. He made the process smooth and trouble free and kept me well informed from day 1 of the order and down payment. I would also like to give some bonus points to Christina at this location informing me on available specials and current deals like the 0% financing option that was a limited time offer. Only negative experience I had was the trade in department that was a bit dysfunctional making a qoute on my mint almost new in box Denon DN-S3700 that he had no clue what the product was or even how to assemble it together to turn on for functionality test but somehow was able to give me a unreasonable qoute lol.. We do live in 2023 now that a simple google search on a phone would give you all the information on the product you're looking at and appraising to not show how incompetent you are to the customer. Otherwise the experience with James and Christina earns this location 5 stars.. Just avoid the trade in department.
