Today was my first visit here!!! It was awesome! Linh did an awesome job!!! I brought a picture and she nailed it….looks identical to the picture I brought!! Thank you Linh! I will be back as a loyal customer going forward….thank you!
I always go here and have no issues; however today I was very disappointed. My nails look amazing but the $5 charge for longer nails is a very grey area for them. I always ask for my nails short (I get bio gel extensions so obviously they are supposed to be long) because I am aware of this charge. However, at the end of the service, after asking for it shorter explicitly they still charged me the $5 extra so I could no longer pay with cash as I had originally planned to avoid tax charges that apply when paying with card. I asked why I was charged and they came up with some excuse about longer nails being $10. I was very confused because this has never been the case. Then they back peddled it and said it was $5 extra and wouldn’t budge. If I was aware they would charge be regardless I would never have asked for my nail extensions, something that is SUPPOSED to be long, to be shorter. I don’t write reviews; it takes a lot for me to be concerned enough to write one. I am just extremely disappointed at the service today. Not to mention they pushed my appointment an extra 15 minutes because they were running behind so I had to sit in my car. So what I would like to know is what constitutes for short nails in their eyes? Because I’m not paying $5 extra every time I come to get a fill. Completely turned me off of this place and I am a loyal customer. Guess I’m driving to Aurora now to go somewhere else.
I wasn't crazy about my experience here bc the nail tech seemed annoyed by my nail choice/inspo. Wasn't going to say anything when 1 nail broke within 5 days, however a second nail broke on day 11 and I think that's ridiculous when you pay $140 for a bio gel set. I won't be going back - changing to 1 star because a 3rd nail broke today...
It was my first visit, on recommendation from a friend, and I was very impressed with the set up and cleanliness of the salon. Maya was my nail tech and she did exactly what I asked for and wanted. ** edit July 19 ** Always such a pleasant experience when I have an appointment. Today I went in only to realize that my appointment was for next week but they still managed to fit me in ... so appreciated! And Maya is just the BEST!!
This location is so clean!! And well run it was my first visit to this one the technician did a lovely pedicure on my toes, with nice hot stone foot massage. I will definitely be going back!!! I have been to the one in box Grove plaza it's very dirty don't go there
