You'll be greeted by a canine or two. The humans are animals-friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. the prices are reasonable, and they even have a rack of free stuff! Two Ruff ruffs and a Meow!

This is really a super duper great store and the customer service is amazing. My two girls and me visited the store today, Sara is so nice. We met her dog Skye too, my little one is a cats lover, but when she met Skye she said she changed her mind she would like to have a dog like Skye,she is a very sweet ,lovely and friendly Mexican dog,we love Skye very much❤️

Super friendly and great customer service! Josh is very helpful and even does custom orders for me. So glad we have this store in Ballantrae! Would definitely recommend :)
