Very pleased with the service Raghda (pharmacist) provided today! I saw her for travel consultation/vaccinations and she was thorough, patient and kind. Highly recommend!! Thank you Raghda! The other staff at the pharmacy were also very nice!
Went I the buy a gift card. Cashier said she could not sell me the one on the gift card rack? She looked in a drawer briefly and said sorry. I went to shoppers on 10th they sold me the card I originally had from the rack. You lost the sale main street.
Isabella was so helpful at the beauty counter. She matched my foundation perfectly. She has a great knowledge of all the products. She is very pleasant…I will definitely be back. Rache D
Every day is delivery day! Boxes, boxes everywhere!!!!! They need to do better. Only bring out what they can unpack and put away! Picking up a prescription at the pharmacy is ridiculous. Everything is alphabetical yet NOTHING is alphabetical! It takes two, sometimes three of them to find my script. As someone who loves to organize, I want to jump over the counter and fix it all! This location needs a clean up! This pharmacy needs a better system because what they’re doing isn’t working.
Been going to shoppers for over 20 years. Paul who is the leading pharmacist and his team are the best, great service and very friendly. There are also a wide selection of products there from groceries to a post-office.
This pharmacy team is caring, patient and knowledgeable, namely Paul and Lester, whom listened to all my 101 questions as a new dad. I have been coming here for years. The staff is very friendly and everyone is helpful at the pharmacy. I have taken two stars off my review because there are no reusable bags for purchase at the self checkout. If you want to buy one you have to wait in line for an attendant. They have also removed all garbages from the self checkout as well as the bin outside the store. This leaves no where to throw your receipt (which you can no longer opt out of). These may be all minor inconveniences but they are easily remedied which is why I am leaving it in my review.
