Hana, provided exceptional and excellent customer service. She went above and beyond her job duties. Very friendly and courteous. Definitely would recommend friends and family to request assistance from her.
Had passport photos taken. Went home to fill in the form and found that you can now send the passport people a digital photo. Went back to Shoppers to find out why I had not been afforded that service especially with a mail strike on. The lady told me it was up to me to be aware of that service!!! She and her colleague gave me an argument about that other was on my auspices to know. She then said I could drive the application to Service Canada in Whitby which is a 45 minute drive for me. Customer disservice at it's best. Went there to resolve a problem got a problem and end result a bad taste in my mouth. Pharmacy provides great service rest of it is not.
Very clean, organize store , I got there around noon, it wasn't busy at all but staff the smiling and trying to be friendly, is not my every time shoppers but I like the environment

Terrible service, went to get my vaccination appointment, asked to confirm if it was going to be Pfizer, they did not answer and said whatever we had we'll give you. Person doing my injection was rude and didnt even use alcohol swab to clean site before giving me the vaccine. Trash service, trash person, unsanitary.
Updating my review because I have used the Pharmacy and was pleased with the excellent service Located in the east end of Stouffville. I don't think this one is as busy as the other location. Shelves were well stocked out and going thru cash was fast.
