I went to the Harvey's in Stouffiville today. At 1400. Waited in line to place my order. All good so far. There was only one person attention to order on the line. Watched as my order sat. Finally a lady in a green uniform. Took up my order. Her response to me was, " What do you want". Very, very rude. All Canadian company. But will now have to eat at some other hamburgers restaurants. Thanks Harvey's.
Tonight's experience at Stouffville Harvey's was amazing. I made it there from markham stouffville hospital at 9:55 , to hear the already closed announcement at the drive thru., as I went to drive away with feelings of having to let my wife down(whom just gave birth to our son) and bring her Mc last resort, I heard a human voice say "Hello, welcome to Harvey's...." I ordered what later back at the hospital with my wife was the best Big Harv Angus I have ever eaten. Thank you all working the late shift Oct 16th, you all made our night that much better.
Whenever I come here I feel comfortable and I know I will be served by shikha. She’s a kind and friendly face at the front screen. 10/10 fast and satisfying
This Harvey's has always done their best and succeeded in giving me the best experience as a customer. From the past of accommodating for missed orders. To today at just being efficient and fast through the drive-through. This year, my opinion stays the same with all starts marked for this location!
Elizabeth asked me , without me asking, if I'd like z second fork when she saw I was with my wife. Additionally arranged a free cup of water and gave us a caa discount bc of our membership. Her smile and demeanor made the drive through a pleasant experience. Give that gal a raise!!!
Overall an acceptable place for a classic burger. Service is warm, made to order, with overall good taste (for mass market product) but often waits are a bit longer but nothing detrimental.

The restaurant has a sufficiently cool room temperature for the hot summer days, and you can even sit on a high chair near the window and enjoy the view. It's quite good. The only downside is the men's restroom, which has been switched to a no water flush urinal. The evaporation of urine creates an odor, which I hope will be improved.
