We tried ordering online for one of their specials with zero luck. After a few hrs trying I decided to call and the young man (Dayton I doe believe) mentioned their internet was down and people are having issues. So he just said come on in and I'll get you the deal that's only available online. He was super helpful and thanked up for nothing. Rude as he was getting treated poor because of the internet issue which wasn't his problem. The owners definitely need to give this employee a raise or nice xmas bonus. We don't eat their alot as it's not cheap but we'll worth rit compared to your subway or mr.sub
Usually enjoy coming here for subs but just came for lunch and the service was extremely unpleasant. The guy taking my order seemed super annoyed and wouldn’t explain certain subs when asked. Makes you not what to come again..
First experience with this chain - got a philly cheese steak sandwich, which I selected because it was the only thing I recognized on the menu... I enjoyed it, and it came with a little dipping sauce thing. It could be recommended to have pictures and explanations of what's going on with some of those menu options, and this is an example where less is more. There are pre-set flavor combinations that work, and then there's offering options for the sake of options, where someone could put some strange toppings onto an unknown sandwich and create a monster. My sandwich was 'however you make it' after I was asked if I wanted several other things put on it. This has more to do with the Firehouse business model rather than this specific branch.
Ordering through the app was simple, and my order arrived earlier than expected. The food was fresh and delicious, and the staff was friendly and welcoming with warm smiles.
Was greater by 2 employees to the resteraunt, and helped to choose a sub I've never had before which turned out to be delicious, I had the new York steamer!
Very friendly young staff, place was clean, well organized. The poor rating is simply for the product and price. $15 for a very basic sub with a bunch of shredded ham and turkey is way, way too much even in the current ridiculous inflation climate. If the product was of outstanding quality it could warrant that price, but it isn't. I was expecting for the price that this was going to be vastly superior to Subway, but I was sorely mistaken. Live and learn I guess.
I walk into this location with confidence knowing that my sub will always be perfect. One day I strayed from my usual meatball and the owner overheard me saying I wasn't happy with the new cajan. Before I left, he handed me a meatball sub, on the house, and told me that I won't leave there unsatisfied. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Manager goes above and beyond to provide clients with the best service possible. Definitely the best sub spot in town!
