We bought a new 2026 XLR 2514B at McKenzie RV trailers , first we met Vince salesman for McKenzie trailer at the Toronto super show, he was amazing and fun guy , we my wife and I didn’t feel pressured on any level , he answered all questions and more in regards of the way the unit is built and the quality involved . In the past we went to other RV dealers and the disappointment was evident. Most sales personnel were pressuring us to buy or simply refuse to help us . When was the time to pick up a new RV , the staff was also amazing to deal with, very helpful and friendly atmosphere . We personally enjoyed the experience we had with McKenzie trailers . I have a 21’ Rockwood Roo trailer and had it winterized by Mackenzie Trailer. When my wife and I arrived at Craigleith campground—two hours away—we discovered a leak in our water filter system. Mackenzie Trailer didn’t hesitate. They sent out two outstanding technicians, Jeff and Jordan, who quickly and professionally fixed the issue right on-site. Thanks to their fast and expert service, we were able to enjoy a fantastic weekend camping. Truly above-and-beyond service—we couldn’t be more impressed!

Just went to the Toronto RV show where we were excited to see a Rockwood 5th wheel as you advertised would be there and it wasn't!!! Highly dissapointed and misleading. We went to Toronto rv show because it was closer to see one as Stouville os a long way to go.
Very happy with our visit to McKenzie RV Trailers, stopped by to check out their 2022 Rockwood Roo Hybrid Trailer specifically and after talking with Vincent and Dave for a while and getting a very informative and thorough walk thru, we actually purchased the trailer we were there just to "LOOK AT"... We had MacKenzie RV Trailers employee Scott come to our 40' Cedar Creek Cottage trailer (bought elsewhere) to do permanent professional levelling, and plumb with PVC. He arrived on time, had everything he needed, helped spread a heavy plastic under-sheet (humidity protection) and had all work done within 3 hours. He works VERY neatly! (As a chef, I notice and appreciate that attitude of thoughtful, neat, execution.) Scott's attitude was delightful! He informed us what exactly he would do and how he would work. He asked us to pull in our 3 slides and disconnected the water after ensuring no inside processes were going on. At every juncture Scott was economical with materials and careful about positioning his supports. He explained to us why he was doing it the way he was (to ensure complete long-term stability). He clearly takes real pride in his work and final delivered product. All this was done on a morning threatening heavy rain, which held off until 10 minutes after he finished. (Superb timing too, Scott!) Scott was an outstanding Ambassador for MacKenzie Trailers. With delight and complete confidence I would recommend him and his work to anyone needing large (or smaller) trailer levelling and plumbing. Well done, MacKenzie! And, from both of us, THANK YOU!
This 5-star review is for Tina, your Warranty Administrator. Originally, I wrote a very angry 1-star review back in 2021, with an update written in 2022, after McKenzie staff was negligent with our practically brand new toy hauler while it was in service for repairs and again, after it flooded due to a manufacturer's defect. It took a year and a half, 55+ emails, MANY unanswered phone calls to the owner, MANY MANY phone calls with Tina (most of which ended with me yelling out of frustration with both the dealer and the manufacturer), one novel-sized file and one "made it 'cause I was so fed up with not being able to use the AC system or make coffee inside the trailer" TikTok account dedicated to highlighting the state of our trailer after minimal usage and many of the 30+ defects we had discovered (many of which were pretty serious), two third party diagnostics, a lot of tears and even more frustration to finally get the manufacturer to agreed to fix our trailer. And Tina was very much an active part of why it worked out in our favor. By the time the trailer left Canada for repairs, it was full of mold, the electricity didn't work, it had MANY leaks (some of which caused major issues with other components) and it smelled like it was 30+ years old despite having only been used for the equivalent of 1 full season over the course of 3 summers. Tina deserves a standing ovation for her patience (most especially when dealing with my very angry/frustrated/emotional self on numerous occasions in 2021 and 2022) and her persistence in helping us deal with the absolute hell that was going toe to toe with a large corporation who did NOT want to be held accountable for a poor quality product and winning the battle. She also communicated on our behalf to various parts manufacturers, third party diagnostic technicians, extended warranty, etc. and kept us informed about very specific details that we otherwise would not have known about. When the service department dropped the ball, Tina picked it up and made sure we knew she was on it. She spoke with us for an hour and a half back in November and called us later that day to follow-up. When sales didn't take accountability, Tina did. And we appreciate her immensely. TINA! We see you and we appreciate all that you've done and are still doing to help us through this horrible situation. We cannot thank you enough! We're heading to Indiana to pick up our repaired toy hauler from the factory next weekend. I hope this is the end of the trailer drama and you never have to hear from us again! LOL
