I visited the ACMC Stouffville walk-in clinic recently and was really impressed. The check-in process was quick, and I was seen by a doctor in under 20 minutes. The staff was friendly, and the doctor was thorough and took the time to answer all my questions. The clinic was clean and comfortable, making the experience much more pleasant than I expected. Highly recommend!
I called to inquire to see a doctor I seen before. The receptionist was extremely rude and basically was raising her voice. I’ve been to this clinic a few times before and I seen doctor Kazemi. I asked politely about seeing the same doctor but the receptionist was very impatient and rude. Terrible service by the receptionist!
I've come here numerous times for myself and son. Every time I've come, the service and attention has been excellent. The best wait times as well. You're always going to be seen within a reasonable time if you show up as a walk-in

Dr. Kazemi is, without a doubt, the finest physician I’ve ever had the pleasure of knowing—even within a walk-in clinic setting. Her commitment to patient care goes far beyond expectations; she genuinely prioritizes my well-being and always takes the time to ensure my best interests are met. However, exceptional care is a team effort, and this clinic’s staff surpasses every standard. Their dedication and efficiency set them apart from any other clinic I’ve visited. If only all clinics provided this level of service!
Suspected my son had appendicitis and he had his appendix out the next day. I was very grateful for his knowledge. Reception and doctors are very caring. Excellent follow-up care as well.
The front desk staff is extremely rude. Worst receptionist I have ever encountered. If I could, I would rate them 0 stars. Please ensure your staff is trained in proper manners and professionalism!
