Take this review seriously and avoid purchasing vehicles from MIKE (Manjit) at MSP Fine Auto. What may seem like a great deal upfront will quickly turn into a costly mistake. I apologize about the long review but people like this should be called out and seen for who they are. I purchased a BMW M3 from MSP Fine Auto and strongly advise anyone considering buying from them to think twice. The experience initially appeared smooth and professional, but it quickly became clear that it was superficial and dishonest. While there are too many issues to list here, these are the main concerns from my transaction: •Mike advertised specific maintenance performed on the vehicle but could not provide proof when asked, instead went along to changing the subject (hence why he was committed to get me the keys very quickly) •The car was sold to me as safety certified, yet it lacked secondary catalytic converters and resonators, meaning it could not legally pass a proper safety inspection. In reality, a “no-look” safety was performed, and the vehicle was never properly inspected. • A few days after purchase, I noticed oil spots on my garage floor. Upon closer inspection, I discovered that the rear differential seal was leaking because it had not been preloaded correctly. This issue was already known to Mike when he purchased the car, and his tech attempted a repair but the fix was botched, causing the same problem to reappear immediately. • When I called Mike, we had a lengthy 20 minute discussion where he deflected responsibility instead of offering a proper solution. He even questioned why I would take the car to a reputable shop to have the issue correctly diagnosed and repaired & he could have fixed it for cheap. • Mike claimed he had installed “brand new rear tires,” but they were cheap, off-brand replacements, with two different brands between the front and rear. Any car enthusiast would recognize this as careless and unethical. While Mike presents himself as polite, professional, and attentive, this appears to be part of the sales pitch to secure a deal. The focus is not on honesty, quality, or long-term customer satisfaction. it’s on quick sales and covering up issues with professionalism. Don’t let the friendly demeanor fool you. This dealership, owned and operated by Mike, cuts corners and passes serious problems on to the buyer without concern. It’s disappointing to see how this industry has become filled with sellers who prioritize profit over integrity and transparency.
Manjit pannu is fraud he tried to sell us a mercedes benz c300 with a 16000 claim on it but he told to us that were not any accident or any claim on it but fortunately i pulled the carfax by myself and i know that were the accidents on it and I didn’t buy the car. Be aware guys.
Gave Mike a deposit that he stated was refundable at my discretion. Once I saw that I was being slammed with all of these additional charges not previously mentioned on the bill of sale, I realized I no longer wanted to proceed with the deal. I asked for my $1000 refundable deposit to be returned, and he refused - I am now forced to take legal action. Completely dishonest, save yourself the time and energy and take your business elsewhere.
