I can't say enough good things about the customer service, attention to detail, and quality of work I received from Steven Tat and Elevated Auto. I spent a lot of time researching online, e-mailing and calling dozens of businesses trying to find the right one to PPF and ceramic coat on my new 2025 Lexus ES350. I had the dealership install PPF on my previous car and was never satisfied with the work even after bringing it back twice to be re-done. Right from the start I knew I had found the right place! Steven answered his phone every time I called (many did not) and spent the time to talk with me and explain my options. Steven sent a quote by e-mail and he always replied back in a timely manner answering my many questions. Based on my very positive interactions both on the phone and by e-mail I decided to drive out to see the shop. I live in Cambridge, which is almost 1.5 hours away (This tells you how impressed I was with my initial dealings) It did not disappoint. I was shown his spotless beautiful facility with multiple high end cars being worked on. It was very impressive. Steven spent the time to come outside and look at my car. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and took his time to go over everything again with me. We decided to do a partial PPF (front) and full car ceramic coat. We decided on a date, and Steven even offered to pick me up at the local GO station because I told him I would probably have to take public transit. The job was completed on-time and was waiting for me when I arrived. Again I can't express how satisfied I am with the result. The quality of workmanship was impeccable. The PPF was beautiful, not a bubble or flaw. He even did the A-Pillar's for me free of charge. When I got home I notices a few "streaks" on the hood in certain lighting. I contacted Steven and he assured me that it was normal and they would disappear as the ceramic coating cured, if they didn't he would take care of any issues. Of course, he was correct and within a few days the paint had a beautiful deep mirror like finish. I am extremely satisfied and would not hesitate to recommend Elevated Auto to anyone.
Three years ago, Steven did PPF for my Tesla and I was very impressed with his work. Since then, whenever I had a friend who needs to do PPF or tinting, I will recommend Steven to them without any hesitation. This year I went to Steven for a color PPF for my Audi Q4. Once again, I am very impressed by his knowledge and professionalism in his work. From choosing of materials and color to what parts of the car should be black, which part should be colored, he took great patience to explain and help me. At the end, he gave me not exactly what I wanted in the beginning but far exceeded what I expected. I was so proud of what he did to my car. It not only attracted other's attention and can't resist to turn their heads to look at my car, even myself will turn my head to look at my beautiful car at least one more time each time after I parked it. One time, as I was walking to my car, there was a family in front of me and as they walked by my car, they pointed at it and said "What a beautiful color, what a nice car!" As I was behind them, I said with a big smile on my face "That is my car!" I am really proud and happy with my car, I am so glad and thankful for what Steven did for me. Just as three years ago, I will refer any of my friends to him without any hesitation. He is very honest and reliable. As he worked on my car, I told him that I can tell he is very proud of his work but he is not arrogant and that is why I am really happy to have him to do my cars.
I went to Elevated Auto on the recommendation from a friend who got full body PPF for their Porsche Macan. The owner and installer, Steven, was extremely responsive and ensured that I was well informed. I ended up getting full body PPF with XPEL Ultimate Fusion, along with a dash cam. I appreciated how they took their time and ensured that everything was as perfect as possible. They even took the car back to address a few areas that needed touching-up in the weeks after. Everything was installed to be as seamless as possible. I was especially impressed with their attention to detail on the mirror caps and rocker panels, areas that other installers tend to struggle with. Their work was meticulous. They went above and beyond.
