Been calling for hours trying too see if my sons keys are there absolutely no response or just hang the phone up absolutely disrespectful and rude .. don’t know why a owner who employs such staff who can’t do there job description and answer a phone for a minute.now I have too drive an hour too see if my sons keys are there
After my last post ( above ), I recieve an email that I should forward my concerns to another email. Still no response lol. They don't care if we call them out for being racist, rude , or ignorant. They just care for the money you bring to the business.
Fail advertising. I looked up the gas price before I went this afternoon it says 158.9 I get there and it's 161.9 made me drive 20mins there. When I could off just filled up at the gas station near my house at 162.9
While pumping gas in my work clothes at around 2am. Along with two other customers who were the same nationality of the cashier. I was told I needed to pay and I asked why wasn't the others told the same. Cashier's response was that he didn't know me. I said thats a form of discrimination, plus I've been pumping gas here since this spots been open. Mad i paid only $20 of gas and got out and follower up with head office. A area manager named Duane called me apologize on behalf of the staff member and after his investigation stated he would try make it right with a gas card. A gas card of $100 i never recieved and an experinexe that made me NEVER STEP FOOT IN THAT ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN. They are racist and only attend to whom are the same color as them and don't care to make anything right because unfortunately its a prime location for gas and liquor if one needs it. Be careful if you support this business as i stopped over a year ago and it amazes me that they haven't chnaged ....
Owner is very nice man. Although one of his employees was very rude. Accused my friend of being a criminal and would not let him pay for his items, even thought the criminal didn't look anything like him. Very inconvenient and I never go here anymore.
