One of the worst behavior that i saw from this shell operator today and the other day. Please change this ugly attitude guy or close this gas station as he has zero customer service skills. Never recommend
Gas station was closed with the pumps already off 15 min before stated hours. Lights were still on at the pumps but no one was inside. Pumps allowed me to pump $0.15 before turning off. Two others arrived after me and had the same experience so it wasn’t just my pump. Stay open til your advertised hours or change your hours. Lots of gas options nearby, won’t come here again.
First time here and the experience has made a regular customer out of me! Loved Jay’s friendliness and willingness to strike up a conversation. Can’t beat the prices too! 5 stars and then some ⭐️

I thought I lost a case for my hearing aid at the pump. And the sales clerk was kind enough go outside and look for it when I called. Thankfully I found it, at home. I'm giving this review for the experience
First time come to this shell station because of much cheaper price during the daytime! The surprise part is the washroom is super clean and much bigger space!! It just much better than other stations!!! Trustworthy management !
If I could give 0 stars I would, but unfortunately you have to give at least 1 star. I had a payment issue which head office was more then happy to help sort out. The owner of the location however was not willing to help. He was ignorant and rude and would not take any responsibility or make any effort to assist me. Said it was a Shell corporation problem not his. When I tried to explain that payment had been pre-authorized twice and actual payment taken only once; and that I wanted an explanation as to why he was patronizing and rude and responded with "that's how gas stations work, have you never purchased gas before". I always pay at the pump and NEVER has any other gas station done a pre-authorization and processed a payment as well. Will I get the pre-authorization released yes; but 5-7 business days. In the mean time I have to wait to access my money while they hold it. It is not hard to see why this Shell station is always empty and the Ultramar across the street is always swamped. Maybe the owner of this location should learn better customer service skills.
