I had a wonderful experience today thanks to an amazing and professional representative ANITA!!! Very knowledgeable extremly genuine and patient. She took all the time to answer all my concerns about the kibble I feed my dogs , looked up the ingredients for me and very patiently took me through benefits of more than 5 different kibble manufacturers comparing with me the nutrients and price for each package .I was impressed by the information she thankfully took time to share and coming from a service company I know how important having people like Anita provide this exceptional serivice. I wish I can rate this more than 5 for her proactiveness and super professional customer service skills. Thank you again Anita and thank you Petvalu for valuing your clients.
Can’t say enough good things about this location and the staff! Karen has been so wonderful; having two hedgehogs it is difficult to find anyone that is knowledgeable on their care- she’s been an amazing resource. She went above and beyond and even did extra research to provide me with the best options for food - esp nutrient specifically to help hedgies. Everyone is so kind and bubbly, I always have a great experience with this location. Again, can’t say enough good things. My girls loved visiting Karen & the shop!
The staff is amazing, they are so helpful and welcoming. My pets live their visits and have always been welcomed. If they don't have the product you are looking for they will order it for you. Love it
I went there on Jan 2, and the associate there was so helpful and knowledgeable! This place is big and has a great selection of pet toys, food, grooming products, etc.
The lady was extremely helpful. They didn't have the proper size in a dog sweater or protective outer wear. The lady was very helpful. I have been looking for a few months. Clothing was found in another store. Thank you so very much for your help!
Another great Pet Value store. they have all your pet foods ,treats, toys and accessories for all your pets. Very good dog washing here. Currently curb side pick up only.
This store just got better because they hired Sienna as their pet groomer. She is amazing! Sienna took great care of my best furry friend "Mickey" at a different pet spa but now she is here and so is my business. I would give Sienna a higher Google rating but they only allow me five stars to fill in.
